I'm the partime Chicagoan. I come up about every six to eight weeks. I have a gran daughter here. So I come up to play Grammy e or as Vinnie says Ammie!

In the mornings I usually have my Starbucks and 80 calorie Greek yogurt.

Hi friends, I had a partial day off today so I took a nap! It was weird to be at home! I expect work will be slow now till the after Christmas sale. 

I have a scrambled egg or Chiobani yogurt for breakfast after one cup of coffee. Occasionally I have the 4oz Breakstone cottage cheese ( low fat) or oatmeal. If I'm really in a hurry I have a Quest bar. I love to read the paper while I eat and Kay and I do the crossword puzzle together.
